Kareena Kapoor Khan gave experience of a lifetime as she introduced sons Taimur Alia Khan and Jeh Ali Khan to football legend Lionel Messi during his whirlwind India visit. Messi visited four Indian cities including Mumbai and Delhi, with his tour beginning in Kolkata, where the stadium was vandalised by frustrated fans after a badly organised meet. While Kareena earlier shared a series of photos as she took ‘the boys to meet their hero’, Bebo ahas become the only Bollywood star to feature in the official Instagram post by Lionel Messi from his GOAT India Tour 2025. Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Tiger Shroff, among others, met Messi during this trip.
Sharing the clip, Messi wrote, ” Namaste India! What incredible visits to Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Kolkata. Thanks for the warm welcome, great hospitality and all the expressions of love throughout my tour. I hope football has a bright future in India! #GOATTourIndia #GOATconcert #MessiinIndia A Satadru Dutta Initiative.”
Kareena reposted the same clip on her Instagram story and wrote, “‘Ok Tim then this happened. For you,” followed by a red heart emoji.”
For the meeting, Kareena was seen dressed in a stylish brown dress while Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh Ali Khan were dressed in football jerseys, clearly reflecting their excitement. Taimur’s jersey featured Messi’s name on the back, while Jeh wore a jersey that read “Argentina,” paying tribute to the World Cup-winning team.
A user Reddit shared the clip and captioned it, “Messi has included only Kareena from Bollywood in the official Insta post of his tour. The post caption also read, “Bro forgot even Chhetri 🤦♂️😭.”

On the other hand, Global football icon Lionel Messi on Tuesday visited Vantara, a wildlife rescue, rehabilitation and conservation centre by the Ambani in Jamnagar. Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant give Lionel Messi a Vantara tour and the photos and videos are shared online. The Argentine legend was welcomed with traditional rituals, folk music and floral greetings as he arrived at the facility founded by Anant Ambani.
For the visit, Messi was accompanied by his Inter Miami teammates Luis Suárez and Rodrigo De Paul. The football stars were seen participating in a ceremonial aarti and were seen interacting with teams working on the ground.

Reacting to the experience, Messi expressed admiration for the initiative. “What Vantara does is truly beautiful, the work for animals, the care they receive, the way they are rescued and looked after. It is genuinely impressive.”

In an interview with PTI, Messi shared about his experience and sais, “What Vantara does is truly beautiful, the work for animals, the care they receive, the way they are rescued and looked after. It is genuinely impressive. We had a wonderful time, felt completely at ease throughout, and it is an experience that stays with you. We will surely visit again to continue inspiring and supporting this meaningful work.”
Messi’s visit to Jamnagar was just a day after he concluded his much anticipated GOAT India Tour, where he got to meet fans across the country and also some stars from both Bollywood and sports. Messi’s trip had a chaotic beginning in Kolkata on Saturday, following which Messi travelled to Hyderabad and Mumbai before arriving in the national capital. The tour ended in Delhi on Monday, the final leg of his three day visit.
