The upcoming episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 17 will see Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday on the hot seat to promote their film Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. In recently released promotional clips from the show, Kartik and Ananya are seen sharing hearty laughs with Amitabh Bachchan as they throw quirky questions at the megastar.
In one clip, the actors quiz Big B about his personal life, asking, “Do you hide your snacks from wife Jaya Bachchan? Have you ever googled yourself?” However, it’s the last question that elicits a hilarious reaction from the veteran actor. Kartik asks the Sholay star, “Does Jaya ji know your phone’s password?” To this, Amitabh responds with perfect comic timing, “Pagal ho kya, hum bata dege unko? (Are you mad? Will I tell this to her?)”
In another clip, Amitabh warmly welcomes the stars of Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri to the show. He dubs Kartik Bollywood’s “OG boy” and calls Ananya “the trendsetter of Gen Z.” Ananya, in turn, praises the senior actor and says, “Amitabh is the greatest in the world, and this is not a lie.”
Big B then asks Ananya, “How are you feeling after sitting on this hot seat?” Ananya replies candidly, “I am feeling very hot. I know that this is a hot seat, but this is so hot. I didn’t know.” Kartik then jumps in and asks, “Do you know what this is?” as he makes the sign of a Korean heart. Kartik explains, “This is a Korean heart,” to which Amitabh Bachchan jokingly responds, “No, this is a thumb and a finger.”
Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is written by Karan Shrikant Sharma and directed by Sameer Vidwans. The film is co-produced by Karan Johar and also stars Neena Gupta, Jackie Shroff and Tiku Talsania in supporting roles. The romantic entertainer is slated to release on December 25 and will face stiff competition from Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar, whose box office craze is unlikely to die down by Christmas. Agastya Nanda’s Ikkis, which was also earlier scheduled for a Christmas release, has now been postponed to January 1, 2026, to dodge the Dhurandhar wave.
